Edgar was an excellent listener and has ordered my CUE screen replacement and a nee key-remote. Both required payment in advance of the service work to follow. The work is scheduled on September 7th, 8:15 a.m. I was very impressed to see your staff interactions with one another. They smile and happy to work here. Did not get informed of my car status until 4pm after I left multiple txt messages and voice messages. My car was not even diagnosed today, I was told when I picked it up it may take 4 days to diagnose- worst auto service I’ve ever experienced

Diagnostic time of 2-3 days seems excessive for an AC problem. Edgar was nice but when I went to pick up my vehicle everyone was at lunch. No cashier or advisors for a little while. Courtesy wash promised and not done.
