I was a little disappointed on the pink slip that I received it said that they gave me a complementary car wash when the car was delivered to me I got in it and I started to drive out and I realized it hadn’t been washed it was filthy like it was when I brought it in not a huge deal but it was funny that they wrote completed on the pink slip and it wasn’t done by the way Kathleen was wonderful easy to get a hold of and very nice and professional

Your company had my car for a week in order to tell me what I already knew. That I had a bad battery, worse yet, it was mentioned that your company was already aware of the bad batch of batteries yet choose to install them anyway. To top off my bad experience, I paid for a FULL service detail, yet when I got my car back, I found needle branches under my hood, the car was dusty and had bird poop and other dirty spots on the exterior. My cars interior was also not cleaned properly, floor mats were not cleaned, cup holder was still dirty, and was not vacuumed properly. This has been the second time this has happened. I would like a refund for my detail, and I will no longer be receiving any detail from your company again. Very disappointed. Service management was amazing and she tried her best to make things right within her power.

I turned my car in on Wednesday of this week and did not receive a call back for 2 days. They told me a tech hasnt looked at it yet. So i told Katherine to get my damn truck up front so i can take it elsewhere. Horrible customer! service from the service department.No apologies from Katherin my rep. Overall Horrible service.

Suctioned service was good but I dropped my car off at 8:15am and was told it would be done by 11:00. That was not the case I ended up getting my car at 4:00 pm.

It took more then 3 weeks to get my car back for transmission replacement. Within a week the engine light kept turning back on. It was discovered the gas cap needs lubrication ended up paying about $200 When I picked up the car the engine light came on again. I had to wait an hour to get it fixed. When I got home the check engine light came on again. This time it was diagnosed with a different fault code end up paying amost $600 for maf sensorreplacement. Bottom line it took to long to get my car repaired and I fell they did not took the time to diagnose my car properly. Going back and forth to the car dealer was time consuming and I fell I should have not been charge $200 for the gas cap lubrication due to I feel that was not the problem because of the repetative check engine light.

Well to start:we had Merle Porter as a service advisor for years. Then Merle retired. Sean was now our new service advisor. Now Merle had some pretty big shoes to fill and I must say, Sean fits those shoes quite well! He is personable, professional and knowledgeable.

Oscar is the best. He is so knowledgeable and explained the repairs thoroughly. Also was so accommodating with my travel. Very satisfied with the service.
