I was supposed to pick my car up Tuesday. The car was not ready, as the ticket was still open and the car wasn’t washed. There was also a piece that was supposed to be reattached on the floor of the back seat and it was sitting on my center console. Oscar and Greg have been very kind and professional, I am just frustrated as I purchased my dream car in February 2022 and it has already been in a number of times for transmission leaking and backordered parts, which I know is not MKB’s fault.
I thought the raise to $149.00 for a Lube, Oil and Filter was. Outrageous, and I have been coming there for along time. On the Flip Side my
Service Advisor is the best in the Business.
I brought my car in because of a check enigine light was on. The tech was unable to determine why. The only reason I brought it to the dealership was for their expertise. They still charged me $195 for a diagnosis of “1 don’t know”. I knew that before I came in. Very disappointed with the service center and Cadillac. I won’t recommend anyone buy from you.
