I had an appointment at 1:30 pm just for changing oil engine but after 2 hours my car wasn’t not only ready they even didn’t start,
Customer service is really weak,
They coded a new key module for me and though the part was expensive, I was happy the coded it before leaving. I also need a new door latch replaced. And labor was excessive I thought. I don't think thos is the bright way to acquire customer loyalty.. you need to cut your profit to do that.
