After two weeks of having our car, you were unable to determine what was wrong with the engine and why we were getting the engine warning lights. The only instructions given us is for us to bring the car after 500 miles to be evaluated more. Additionally, my wife is upset with the disrespectfully way she was treated by your representative, Alicia, and we do not want to deal with her for whatever future encounters require.
