From the first telephone conversation with Ms.Kathleen to the time my vehicle was ready was a great experience. She realized that my situation was an emergency maintenance issue and had me being the car in immediately. She was even able to get me in a rental. The hertz rep Scottie was amazing also and got me in my rental asap. Ms.Kathleen kept me updated on my vehicles status. Once my car was ready (earlier than expected so kudos to the mechs) she let me know and I told her what time I would be coming and she had my vehicle waiting on me. I think there is overlooking of service appt. It took me 093..1245 to do oil change and tire rotation.I see new personnel..the old faces in service department were gone..I have no problem since 2018.thank you

Had an issue with the navigation not working, SD card error, this was not resolved, problem still exists
