I drove two hours to replace the back small windows to my Cadillac. Waited patiently in the waiting room exactly one hour and twenty minutes. Then Service rep came, and told me they had ordered the wrong parts. That I will need to come again. So no, I was not satisfied. I should had at least be compensated for the gas I wasted. Not counting my time which I value that I lost. One day of work and a full tank lost.
