Was told that my truck be ready by 1 and unfortunately it wasn’t I told it in for an oil change and tire rotation and to check review mirror but all they got to was an oil change which took about 4 hrs to do very unsatisfied

I would like to continue patronage of MKB but without a service tech with Corvette experience I may need to take the vehicle else where. Hope you guys consider bringing on a tech who can meet the requirement.

I would prefer NOT to be contacted. So we are all on the same page. I came to Marvin K Brown with an Audio problem with my audio kick issue. The problem was identified S a failed module issue. Something I shared with two advisers. Your first employee wanted to know if I had a scheduled appointment. I said no. Yet. I was number 3 vehicle in lind at 645am. Then, he says hold on and tries to intimidate me with a service rep Chris Elliot who asked me to explain what I did so far to figure the problem out. I explained to him it was a module issue of some sort. He proceeds to tell me it's going to take three days to identify the problem and just to simply have this looked at. He wasn't pleased I wanted his Mgr. Then. The manager tells me the same thing only to make me feel bad that although he was short handed on techs. He would have to push back 20 scheduled appointments to take care of me. He was not supportive or understanding. He treated me as less than competent to understand what the problem was. He then Gave me a choice to leave my vehicle for three days. And they would try and resolve the problem. Like I really had a choice. I then get a call at around 3pm that they in fact Identified it was in fact a failed module. As I picked up my vehicle I see the manager, he says hi Mike, have a good day. Like he did me a favor. I responded to him. I told you it was a failed module. He says yes, you were correct. And for you I made your issue a priority pushing back 20 other customers. We know that's a complete lie. I'm typically happy with the customer service at Marvin K Brown. However,, I'm so frustrated the way I was treated by the service manager and his erragant advisor Chris Elliott. I will seriously consider my next purchase. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years with GMC. My Denali is one of your high end vehicles that cost a pretty penny. How Dare These individuals treat me with less than respect. Your management hiring retaining employees isn't the consumers problem. Get it together GMC. Rest assured, I WILL be posting my frustration and sharing my less steller customer service experience. How dare they treat me this way. Great to sell the vehicle. Customer service after the sale is less than acceptable. AND THIS MANAGER LEADS BY EXAMPLE... REALLY PISS POOR.

Chris went out of his way to make sure that my car got service and actually make sure they washed my car down and he did it personally himself and I do appreciate that service Good service goes a long way thank you
