I went in with engine and transmission issues. No check engine light was on so no codes are going to come out. But the issues are very noticeable when driving the car. Got told nothing was wrong because there were no codes. I only went because I had a warranty but turns out I just wasted my money bringing it there in the first place. Lady was rude and avoided the questions I asked about the service because I’m pretty sure she hears it all the time. I know I’m not the only one who this happens to. Just **** how my car has to reach the point of breaking down on the road for there to be an issue. I already know it’s the company’s way of taking advantage of many people because it was under a warranty and they don’t want to do it.

My vehicle has not been resolved. I have reached out to Greg White and Edgar via email regarding this and am awaiting a response. Edgar has been very pleasant to work with. I purchased my 2018 Lexus from MKB three weeks ago and am in need of the vehicle to be repaired.

Great service but I felt that making an appointment arriving early and still waited over two hours. I’m sure you are experiencing the staffing shortages and hiring obstacles like everyone else so I’m not trying to be critical. But if I had one gripe that’d be it.
