9ne problem was not addressed, they repaired the wrong item, therefore,my car leakes inside when it rained. I called yesterday and havent received a callback.

I called prior to arriving asking how long programming a key fob would take I was told 1-2 hours arrived at 9 , planning to spend 2 hours there , 11:30 am rolled around , I was not updated in any delay , had to walk over to the service advisor and ask what was going on ? I was told the programming was taking longer than they expected but would take another hour , waited an additional hour and still nothing , i then walked over to the service manager Gary , and told him I wanted to cancel the service because my daughter was getting out of school and I had to pick her up , he again told me they were having issues but to give them more time , I ended up leaving at 1:15PM , 4 hours 30 minutes after I arrived. The new key fob I was forced to pay for y the service manager and was still not programmed , so I basically wasted 4:30 minutes of my day off from work paid $265 , and was asked to schedule another appointment to come back so they can continue to program the key fob ,WASTE OF TIME , GAS , and money! So now I basically have a worthless key fob in my car , and have to take time off work to sit my **** down for another 5 hours ridiculous!!
