For a oil change made it early so I wouldn't be late for work. I was the first person only at Cadillac check in kisok on time. 10:30 I realize no answer about anything. Check in with my advisor. They hadn't started. But Kevin took care of it. Appreciate his help. Didn't leave there till after 11am. Just unsure how a first person check in gets missed.

Luis was very helpful in keeping me informed. Unfortunately, the Service Engine Soon light was on as I left the facility, and the car was barely driveable. None of this was mentioned in known problems when I paid for the diagnostic. I understand that my initial problem was identified and “solved” but to get my car back with immediate problems was not a good way to conclude my business here.
I was called Saturday and told my vehicle would be ready by noon Monday.
Arrived Monday at 2pm and the repair on my vehicle wasn't even started. Had to find a way home since I was dropped off with the impression my vehicle would be ready.
Received a phone call an hour and a half later saying the parts department forgot to order the part to repair my vehicle and it would be ready Tuesday.
Tuesday I arrive to pick up my vehicle after receiving a call earlier in the day saying it was ready. I arrive and was told they forgot to "post" my vehicle so I had to wait longer.
Overall not very satisfied with my experience.
