Chris provided complete and courteous service. He arranged for Lyft to my office after dropping off my car. He contacted me when my car was ready for pickup. My car was washed and waiting for me out front when I arrived to pick it up. Chris was friendly and professional.

Disappointed spoke with manager. Got car in same day appointment. 4 days later was told car needs 2k+ brakes service, wanted to try just replacing brake fluid. They don’t want to do that and suddenly they want me to tow car back. Can’t be washed. Lost my key fob. My 5:30 pick up went to 6:15 pm. Call me if you have any questions ****-****-xxxx.

I am 99% satisfied. Everyone was very nice and helpful, the service was faster than promised, and the car was returned with the work completed. The 1% is that windows are hard to clean and my windshield was close to clean but there were areas that were not clean and others that were smeared. People are going to notice dirty windshields more than anything else. This only takes a little away from how happy I am with my experience today. If you are going to wash the car, you have to have that guy that is meticulous do the windows.
