Charge and outrageous amount for repairs that I cancelled the heavy line diagnostic with Alicia and waiting to have it towed as far away from Marvin K. Brown dealership as possible to another shop that will be doing the same repair for almost 1/4 the price.

I had to get a ride back to pick up my car because I live 14 miles away and your limits was 10 which make no sense your customers live all over San Diego and sure the radius is greater then 10 miles. If this is policy it is not fair to most of your customers

Service was terrible dropped my Escalade off at 8:30 Am to address issues that were not addressed the week prior only to receive a call at 5PM stating they were unable to get to the issues , waste of time , gas, mileage , and I was asked to either leave it for an additional 3 days to give them time just to be able diagnose , THATS CRAZY! Will absolutely not be using Marvin K Brown for any future service, my service advisor was definitely no help and lacks customer service skills ! Manager Gary was just as bad ! The only asset to this dealership is ROB shop foremen , has excellent listening skills and addresses concerns , very patient , friendly and knowledgeable!

Never had an issue with customer service until now. Service rep needs to improve on her communications skills, return calls within a decent time and to be truthful and not make the customer feel like they’re getting the runaround.
