Once my car got to the shop, it sat on the drive for hours until I called in and left multiple messages. Then I finally got a call back and was told it would take days to look at, yet I was on vacation and leaving Friday. Then was treated like an idiot and like swapping out a battery would take longer then an hour. The service advisor would never actually call me back when I sent the ro showing the battery was under warranty and was trying to charge me for the repair. This was awful!
I have had a terrible experience with Marvin K Brown. The only one who was helpful was Stephanie in service. Because of this bad experience, I will never purchase another vehicle from you guys again.

I purchased a service agreement when I purchased the XT4 , when I brought the vehicle in on 10-08-2022 for for service I was told that I would have to pay for all the chargers because the warranty department was closed. I was not happy with this at all ! Finally, I was told that all was ok and all the paper work would be emailed to me on 10-10-2022 which not happen ! I had to call the dealership on 10-112-2022 to finally have all the paper work copies emailed to me. Marvin K. Brown service ???

My rear camera was unable to be fixed!
Your employees are great and did their best, but the rear view camera is still not working. There is going to be a recall, but there is no fix yet. We had this problem with an XT-6 and had to return it. Not happy with Cadillac. We have owned or leased a Cadillac since 1978.
More than satisfied. Oscar knows my "one car ownership and makes sure I get my car back in record time.

Sean was fantastic. Recoomended an alignment in addition to my "trip check" service. I felt he took time to review my Acadia's past service records, let me know what to expect will be needed on my next service visit. A VASTLY better experience than my last 2 visits!!
