A/C not blowing cold air and requires diagnosis. This was noted on my receipt but never mentioned to me over the phone. So I was returned a car that needs to go right back to the shop since it blows hot air.
We dropped off our car at 8:30 am. It was to be ready for us 4-5 pm.
My husband was dropped to get our car. After an hour in the waiting room he was informed that our car would not be ready until the next day,
This was a huge inconvenience.

Kathleen was very helpful and went out of her way to get my car serviced even though it was a scheduling error from a booking service.
Initially, there was a bit of miscommunication/misunderstanding as to what leak i was initially there for, along with the check engine light issue. However, it appears to be all takwn care of. Kathleen was always gracious and Greg was very professional and fair.
I’m not sure how Marvin K Brown manages to find such great employees, but they surely do. The customer service I receive is always top notch. I hope it means the employees are treated well and receiving a good share of the profits.

Waited 3hrs for a tiny hole in my car tire to be fix. But after 3 hrs they said they can’t fix it and tire needs to be changed. Waited for that long hours just to hear they can’t fix it. Waited for nothing. And why do I have to wait that long??? First time having a GMC vehicle. First time having my car service. It was a very bad experience.
