I took my 2012 Cadillac SRX in for service, because the headlights had internal fog/moisture/condensation, and the problem was not fixed, though I paid $85 and waited around from 9:30am until after 3 pm on Fri 11/18/22. (I told scheduler Stephanie and service tech Alicia I prefer not to drive in the dark due to visibility issues.) When I got home, I saw that one headlight failed to turn off automatically, and the other was still fogged up and full of moisture. Alicia gave me a new estimate of $3771 plus tax to fix. The original estimate was $115.

I know I can always trust Kevin to see that my car is well taken care of. But please, for heaven’s sake get rid of that stupid computerized message system that pretends to come from my service rep. It’s misleading and insulting!

I have completely lost Trust in this Dealership, I brought my vehicle in for a issue that I had just repaired a few months ago and Sean insisted that it was another problem other than what I was making a complaint about It took a few days before I was even called back with a diagnosis that he was unsure about a well , asking for a 600.00 diagnosis fee With that being said I picked my vehicle up and will get a second opion This is not the first time, I have felt dishonesty

Service and care starts with the service managers and Oscar Monroe is highly knowledgeable and helpful in Suring That my car will be Worked on by highly trained professional mechanics and returned in reasonably timelines. Let’s face it when you take your car to be fixed at a auto repair shop you’re not sure what’s going to be done. Oscar takes the time to explain the best he can what’s going to happen why it needs to happen and how much and how long it’s going to cost professionalism outstanding .
