Kathleen and the staff at your dealership went over and beyond to get my car back on the road. She even got it washed and when I arrived to pick up my car a man in sales walked me to the pick up area. Old school values I appreciate. I’ll be back soon to get the rest of the repairs I need.

My service advisor Alica is awesome . Could not have had a better experience. However as I was leaving the facility, I asked two other service advisors what I thought was a pretty simple question about an option on my $100,000 Escalade and both made it really clear to me if I wasn’t their customer. Got no time for you. It would be really nice if Brown would hold a class maybe once every other month to go over some of the incredible systems these very expensive SUV and cars has
