I asked if the recall parts were in on the phone and was told yes they were…now I have to come back for the recall…time, gas, money! Frustrating! ???????

However as I was leaving the facility, I asked two other service advisors what I thought was a pretty simple question about an option on my $100,000 Escalade and both made it really clear to me if I wasn’t their customer.
