Had an appointment at 7:00 am on Thursday June 13th for an oil change and it took 2 and a half hours. I feel for a simple oil change it should not take that long if you are scheduled to be the first person to have a 7:00 am appointment. I was waiting at the service center for the oil change. Need better organization for your customers

Amazing service!! I have been to multiple service centers due to my husband being in the military and you all are by far the best! I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of on services and everything was done in a timely manner. Sean was very welcoming and friendly.

All was excellent, attention, communication, explanation of required fixes, everything! I am not taking my car anywhere else going forward. The only reason for not being totally satisfied is I had to take the car back today (next day after it was delivered), for one of the issues I had reported initially, but the service guys were not able to reproduce or see the message displayed in the car. This morning while driving to work the message came back on again, so I drove directly to MKB, they were able to see the message this time, so I’m confident it will get fixed. My complements to Carlos Perez for his excellent service.
Robert was good. However the service team did not wash the car like Robert put on the request. I called Robert to tell him and no response. Other stuff was fine just wasn't happy with that.
