I am new to the GMC brand and this was my first regularly scheduled service appointment. This was the worst customer service experience that I’ve ever had with an auto dealership. Your signage is not clear. Nobody greeted me. At both drop off and pickup I waited 30 minutes to be helped, despite having appointments for both. There is no apparent culture of satisfying the customer. Nobody was friendly nor particularly helpful. I’m glad that we are moving to a different state and hope that Marvin K. Brown’s Service culture is not representative of the rest of the GMC Dealerships in the nation. If you actually care about improving, I am happy to discuss my experience with a manager.

Corky weeks was very helpful and attentive. My oil change was completed in the appropriate time. I got home and parked my car on our painted driveway for a short time, there was a rather large oil leak. I had no oil leaks before oil change. I left a message for corky. He responded quickly. Asked me to bring it in. I do not have the time or ability to bring it in again. I only have very small windows of time as I am the soul caregiver of my husband. I do have someone once a week. Couldn’t someone come out and take a look or send someone to pick up the car. This is .clearly an error on MKBrowns Part. Thank you Rita B

Anthony was amazing! He was honest with me and really found me the best deals on the repairs I needed! I felt well taken care of! I only bring my car to you guys because I’ve always been treated well! Shout out to Larry too, thanks for getting me the loaner car, you guys are the best!

My husband and I have always brought our cars to Marvin K for many, many years and have always been satisfied. You have great people working for you that always make sure that the customer is always satisfied. Merle Porter was our service person in the past for years and he was excellent.
