First and foremost, Oscar is amazing! My only disappointment was not being informed by the scheduler it would take DAYS for my vehicle to be seen. If that had been shared with me, I would have taken it to someone else and saved well over $100 in transportation fees. Still don't understand the policy of having a vehicle sit on the lot for days. Why schedule the appointment ? Seems a bit shady and was very disappointing. Expected better from Marvin K Brown.

Different Cadillac Agencies apparently have different procedures.
Alicia was great, she was very good at updating me and communicating with me. My only frustration was with how long my car had to sit there and I couldn’t use because of 25 cars ahead of it. The service department needs to figure out a better system for that. Alicia was great, very happy with her customer service!
