Omg!! Oscar Monroy is the BEST!! Oscar and his team were able to get my car inspected and provide EXCELLENT SERVICE!! I didn’t have an appointment and they managed to get my car seen on my day off. I’m so glad I came to this dealership where the people are very friendly, engaging and treat you like family! I totally recommend you seeing Oscar and his team at this fabulous family oriented Cadillac dealership to get any work done!

I waited almost three hours to get my truck. 75 % of the work was not completed. They put two way tape to hold parts on my truck. My ash cam did not work. Parts were ordered that were not compatible with other parts and wanted me to keep them. They said the inside of my truck was spray with a protective item I purchased, However the inside of the truck was dirty. They had my truck for three weeks and tried to give it back to me dirty. I now have to return the truck next week to see if they can fix it. The two ladies in the service departments were the only people who gave a damn about the horrible service we received. If can figure out how to return this truck to the dealer I would. I have absolutely know faith that they will do what needs to be done. And even less faith that they will tell the truth. So far we have been lied to. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered. I believe I will need to get an attorney to find out what truly needs to be fixed on our brand new truck. Absolutely awful. I don’t trust the work of one single person . They say one thing and it turns out to be ****. This is my comment. Mark and Charloma Handy Worst dealership ever.

I had an appt, pulling up Kathleen didn’t even know what I was there for. I was there almost 3 hours for a headlight safety recall. She asked if I wanted a car wash and that was the most offered. The car wash was trash, swear it was just water poured on my car. Kathleen did not explain nothing to me. I realized when I walked to my car my headlight was out. Wasn’t I there for a recall o my headlights? Nothing was said. My sister went back to speak to someone that told her the light had nothing to do with the recall. Fine but nothing said? Nothing to even try to get more money from me? I will not go back to this gmc location. Not one person provided customer service.

I was told that my car would take an hour. I was prepared to wait but found out it would be several hours. Alicia got me a Lyft to the mall where I hung out for over two hrs. The job took probably less than five minutes. So disappointing that you are told one thing and then it turns out not to be true. This is not the first time . I am doing less and less and your service dept. Alicia got me the Lyft and was very efficient. I do not blame her but you need to a better job communicating between service sept members do that incorrect info is not given.
