Sean was fine and nice. The fact that my car couldn’t be diagnosed for 2 weeks was ridiculous. I made an appointment and I would still have to wait two weeks without a car. Doesn’t really work for people who only have one vehicle. Ended up calling a different location and taking my car there.
The part I needed was ordered and arrived in just a few days. I was very satisfied with the short time it took to arrive.

Your glass vender failed to arrive in a timely manner, causing great inconvenience for myself and family. A defective part (storage compartment door) was ordered, only to have the new arrive defective also. I was due for my 1st service but the tire rotation was not completed since the wheel lock was not found. The lock was in the cab of the truck but I was never contacted about that and only found out it was not completed when I picked up the truck.
Luis did a great job. He was very helpful.

Sean helped move things along. Rob in Service was great and he did a pre-check on my vehicle. My only complaint was that the service department was backed up and the repairs took 3 weeks. Now i will deal with the warranty department at Cadillac to try to get this extended at least an extra month at no cost to me. I would be interested in an extended warranty package if they offer this to me at a reasonable price.

I had an issue we could define. The techs at MKB were able to replicate it and fix the issue. I also needed a door handle on a 2007 Yukon. Surprisingly, it was still available and in stock.
