It is impossible to call anyone in the service department because the voice says that person is not receiving calls. I was expecting a text when my truck was finished, but it never came. All phone calls to the service department ended up unanswered and no one was ever available to me. Customer Service needs to be a practice, and not just a concept. The guys doing the actual service to cars are not supported well by machines - that is rediculous if SERVICE is the goal
For centuries we trusted another Cadillac dealer in El Cajon, this is our third Escalade. Today we had the pleasure of being assisted by Anthony, although he was very busy he took care of us. My wife is new to MKB. She was worried about taking an Uber to get her car. I told her they would pick her up. This is what I expect at MKB and you’ve never let us down. Anthony has always been a efficient and great assistant supervisor. He always returns phone calls and is good at explaining my auto repairs over the many years. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him a 9 instead of a 10 because he is too busy .
I can't believe I'm actually going to state this but I enjoyed the 4 plus hours I was there. I'm used to 2 hours at most. You all make it comfortable no matter what. All employees are friendly, seem proud of the job they're doing as they should feel.
Every time I've had my car in for service, Anthony is pleasant, can joke around while taking care of business. We need to laugh more often nowadays. Anthony's knowledge & willingness to go above & beyond is truly appreciated. I say give him a raise ????. Thank you MKB & Anthony!

Anthony is great. You do need more service technicians, as 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation while I'm waiting is too long.
Kevin resolved my issue in less than one hour, which was impressive as a part needed to be replaced. He is always so friendly and professional, providing all the information I need to understand what is going on. While I was waiting, Kevin even came by to give me an update on the progress of the repair. I always appreciate having Kevin as my service advisor. He is excellent.

Carlos was amazing, lots of people are scared to get service done at the dealership as they are worried about being overcharge. I spent $3,293.35 to have new head lights installed. Should have been 1 trip to have this done. It seems to me that no one checked the adjustment of the head lights after installing them. I had to come back spend 3 hours waiting 1 hour traveling and the front of the car had to be taken apart again. Rober Congdon did a great job and did have my car washed.
