Anthony my mom Lynn, the owner of this vehicle really appreciated Carlos comes my to her rescue today! She will ask for him on her next service. For a 10am appointment that was a known “waiter”... your service department was clearly overbooked! I’m at 10:00, out by 1:40???? Not good. Too bad De La Fuente closed ????

I’m concerned that my credit card was left there at Tony’s office. Tony is a very nice gentleman.There was a problem that I was set-up to have my car serviced Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. but he could not find my car in the computer at all. He continued to get my car into service promptly and I appreciate it very much.
I am a customer from De La Fuente in El Cajon and was very spoiled from them there but Tony was very nice THANK-YOU!

Service provided was excellent. My only gripe was dealing with your call center.
I clearly stated I needed a front and rear brake job which would require
a courtesy car. No mention of this on initial work order. Since I scheduled two weeks in advance, having the brake information would have allowed the service writer time to order the special pads my CTS requires.
I had an oil change appointment today at 11:00. When I called to schedule the appointment I told the person who I was speaking to that I had a meeting at 11:00. She said I would be able to drop the car off between 10:30-10:45 and make my meeting. The day of my appointment I called ahead and confirmed with a lady on the phone that I would be able to drop my car off earlier than 11:00 to make my meeting. She said yes, no problem. I showed up around 10:20 and was greeted right away. I explained the gentleman that my meeting wasn’t until 11:00 but I was told I could drop off my car early so I could make my meeting. He said great, we like early. He put a number on my car and went to tell the person who was in charge of my service. He came back and let me know the person who was in charge of my service knew I was there. I sat in line until 10:50 before having to flag someone down. It was a different gentleman and I explained I needed to go. I said I had been there since 10:20 and I came in early so I could make my 11:00 meeting. He said to hold on and he went to look for someone who could help. He wasn’t able to find anyone to help and apologized. I asked if I could just leave my car and he said no, I would need to sign paperwork before leaving. I left and on my way to my meeting I called the service number to explain my frustration and to see if I could come back after my meeting. She put me on hold and then hung up. After my meeting I called again and spoke with another lady. I explained what had happened and my frustration. She said she would try to contact the service manager to see if she could get me in. I was on hold for over 40 mins and she never came back to the call. I took it upon myself to come back to the service station. I pulled in and was greeted a few minutes later. I explained what had happened and I was hoping that I could still have my service. He said he would speak to Tony who was in charge of my service and see if I could be fit it. He went over and spoke with Tony and came back and said Tony was going on lunch and couldn’t help but he was going to ask a manager if I could be helped. While I was waiting, a manager was walking by and asked if I had been helped. I believe his name was Greg. I explained to him what was going on. Within a few minutes Tony came over and took my car. If it was for the manager I would have wasted a full day and not have had my car serviced. Both my wife and I bought our cars from Marvin K Brown but we are not happy with the service department. This is not the first time were there has been poor execution by the service department. Poor communication and execution have made coming here very frustrating.
