Great service! Could use an update while waiting on vehicle to be serviced but overall great experience loved the deli was able to purchase lunch while waiting and free wifi definitely would return

I specifically took the car to the Cadillac dealer to get diagnosed to find a leak but didn’t know the diagnosis was going to cost me $1500 so now I felt I should’ve went elsewhere

Question was "am I 'completely' satisfied". I'm 80% satisfied, however, the original "knocking" that I brought the XTS in for is still occuring (i.e., unresolved). MKB would like to wait until it gets worse before attempting a fix. Understand this approach (I don't necessarily agree with it), but I certainly understand it and can work with it. Jeff M
