I am totally and completely satisfied with Robert Condon and the service technicians. However, I am very disappointed in the process it takes to make the service appointment. And in talking to the other customers in the waiting room, many customers are unsatisfied with the procedure. Some customers were telling of other Cadillac dealers where making an appointment is much easier.
