I called and made an appointment for an oil change and when I arrived the advisor said they couldn't find my reservation. And because of that my oil change took three and a half hours. That was three and a half hours wasted from my day

I had a very difficult time getting through to find someone that could answer questions about what I wanted done to my vehicle , When I finally got through , Tony gave me the utmost experience in customer service , Fast intelligent personable and quick witted . He got the job done and followed up throughout the day . I haven’t met him before but he’s a great addition to your team . Robert Condon has always been my service advisor and he always been very personable and taken very very good care of me . I think it was Roberts day off which is why I got transferred to Tony . Larry was my original service advisor and I don’t have to tell you his patients and experience and calm personality is why you putt him in management. Please thank all three of them !!!! Their personal attention ,in such a big dealership with such a large volume of customers is very much appreciated !!!!! Rod T
My car was in for over a day to get new tires, requested a carwash and my car was not washed when I picked it up.
Also, service is not professional.

Jared is by far one of the best supervisors I have ever dealt with! I’ve been a GM customer for many years. This is my 5th GM vehicle that my wife and I have owned.
I called him this morning because my wife’s Acadia would not start. He helped me figure out what I needed to do in order to get the vehicle to the dealership and then once I arrived he already had a loaner vehicle waiting for me and had my wife’s car taken care of, fixed and washed before the end of the day.
He is the type of employee that makes me continue to be loyal to the GM brand!
