Gold star service from Sean but somebody needs to pay more attention when delivering the car. Smudges, greasy finger marks were all evident around the exterior trim on both sides that was worked on. I brought this to Sean's attention and he proceeded to take care of it immediately and returned the car absolutely perfect. In all fairness I asked that the car not be washed and maybe that was the reason it was returned that way,but it was so obvious l would have expected someone to catch it before leaving it parked waiting for me to arrive.
I received very good good service, and appreciated the tour of the waiting area! Bob Congdon took the time to explain things to me! Bob is one of the reasons I will be back for service and my next auto! Thanks for the great service!!
Corky was very friendly, thorough, and helpful; he helped me with my car and I appreciated how quick everything was.

Satisfied with the outcome, had a wait too long to be seen even though I have an appointment. Another service person actually got my car in the back so they could start working on it. But Tony was very knowledgeable about the remotes.

I had prayed for things to workout for the best, before hand & my prayer was answered.The Lord put Carlos Lopez in my path.I was issued a loaner car the second day this took a lot of pressure out of not having my car. He was a professional & worked with the Warranty folks too,that my car was under. He even got a couple things fixed that had nothing to do with why I brought the car in. He was smart & professional.The entire situation was under the Lord's protection. Because of this, my experience could not had of went more peaceful or smoother. I am truly grateful to GOD for putting Carlos in my path. I appreciate all the staff that I had come in contact with as well. Everyone was Soo friendly & helpful.
