I understand you could not duplicate the problem we are having, of course when you want it to happen it doesn't happen. but what we are experiencing in this luxury car is not Normal!. I didn't pay $90,000 dollars for a car that looks beautiful but runs like crap. There is something definitely wrong, it scares me to continue to drive it, I know it will happen again one day,and I pray that a another car does not rear end me or cause a major collision for me and my family when it decides to slam on the brakes all on its own
. It needs a thorough check, with breaking system, or master cylinder or something. I will continue to bring it back every time it happens, so there is a record of it happening.

The app said the courtesy driver will arrive in 2 minutes but it took a call from myself and a page from the service advisor for driver Pedro Santos to arrive over a half an hour later.
