No I was not completely satisfied after driving in for a oil change the car had 4 recalls and had to leave my car, so I mentioned that there was a small leak on the driver side rear window they seemed to put some caulking and did a really bad job. Didn't seem like they even try to do a quality job.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to help me in the first place Even though I had an appointment,Then an oil Rotation took about an hour and 45 minutes. And when I came to ask what’s going on with my car they told me to come down it’s only been a half an hour and a half. I don’t know if Carlos was the guy that made this happen but the total service in general
