Did not honor wiper rebate that was part of service ticket. Did not tell me my truck was ready until after 1200, but my appt was at 7am and I dropped it off the night before. Called and left a message for the service manager, did not get called back. I think but not sure the dealership washes your vehicle when you get serviced, my truck was not washed. My truck is only 2yrs and has been worked on 4 times. Only my first oil change was a good experience.

Carlos was Amazing! 10/10 loved him! But when you bring in a vehicle for 1000 bucks worth of services Maybe put in some washer fluid and fill up a tire a little. two more points to your multi point inspection

Kevin Knepper in addition with Larry Ramos were great in setting up the appointment and taking great care of me and my 2016 Buick Lacrosse. Thanks to them and the rest of the staff who were helpful including Sean H who found my keys which I dropped while removing them from the fob and putting it in the car and finding me and returning the keys
