I spent three hrs there just for oil change... when I was told by Tony. “Should only be an hour... give me an hour to get your car done” I’m not satisfied. I will give one more chance to your service department but if you’re not prompt then I will be force to change dealers.

Bad communication... I was told my vehicle would be ready the next day at noon, called and never received a call back so I got a ride to pick my Escalade that evening and found out my vehicle hadn’t even been serviced, so I communicated with my previous service rep Corky Who spoke with the service manager and granted me a loaner vehicle.
I understand circumstances change, a simple phone call would’ve been appreciated as I’m a super busy man with a crazy schedule.
Anthony, as always, was very personable, professional and my car was taken care of.
Tony’s estimate on the time it would take for my services was spot on. He was friendly and explained things so I could understand.
I appreciate all of Roberts help. He went above and beyond to ensure my car got fixed.

I actually enjoy taking my vehicle in for service as everyone is so nice and the lounge waiting area is comfortable and I am able to work while waiting, even take conference calls while waiting.
