I followed the payment process via text to avoid having to go to cashier and turns out that I still had to go there. Cashier tells me that he'll email receipt because printer is acting up but he'll call the car up. Ask for advisor to see if there are any issues and he proceeds to tell me he'll call the car up. Waited 15mins for car before Mgr asks another person to check on car. The entire checkout process took over 45 mins!
