Larry is a true professional and enjoys taking care of his customers. He was very attentive to my concerns with the vehicle and provided me the option to remain at the dealership or provide me a ride to my residence. When the service was completed Larry even followed up later in the day to see if the vehicle was running to my satisfaction.

Repair not complete. Front clip is not secure. Was told by Mr. White that due to front end damage ( 8 years ago a chip in paint about 3/8 of an inch at bottom of front clip moved two washer on 1/16 of an inch at top of clip on both sides) that this is my responsiblity. That my 2012 srx with 44k miles is old. When I ask how much to have it fixed Mr. White said this is a problem and would not want to fix it. He could not give me and estimate.This was on the forth trip to your dealership for the same problem

Only comment is that I was told when I made my appointment, it would only take a couple hours. Took almost 3 and I had to keep asking about progress after the 2 hour mark. Felt like my appointment, which I showed up for on time, was not respected.
I want trust the dealership with my car but the other day when I picked up my vehicle I was very disappointed because there was a scratch on my passenger side door. I let a service advisor know about the scratch as soon as i saw it at the dealership. While I was waiting for them to come back and tell me what could be done about it another service advisor in a black shirt (didn’t get his name) told me that me being “pretty” sure wasnt good enough for me to prove that someone scratched my car. So I restated to him that I know someone did. He was very rude to me and completely ignored my concern and walked away with some kind of attitude. My service advisor (Tony) later on told me I could make an appointment next week to fix the scratch. I took my car to the dealership before and I am very pleased with Tony’s service. Later on I parked my car and noticed that where they lifted my car was on the plastic near the wheel well and it is now all scratched up and crushed from the weight of the car. I pay good money for the dealership to work on my car because I trust them but this time I was very disappointed.
Jared is a Great Service Advisor!! He kept me briefed about every detail, of my truck's service visit. I definitely will request Jared, to be my Service Advisor going forward!!
Sean was extremely helpful especially because I am expecting a baby in the next few days so he made everything easy and worry free for me! I was very grateful for his superior customer service!
My vehicle was in the exact same condition when I picked it up as it was when I dropped it off. And I was still charged almost $700 for the non-repair. I will never use or recommend the service center.
