Jared my service contact did an excellent job and was very attentive and helpful the service provided also seems to be good. My only nit picks would be: 1. I dropped my car off almost immaculate and it was returned dirty. It did not need a car wash when I dropped it off and the receipt even says complementary wash and I got the complete opposite of a wash. 2. The gas was also almost full when I dropped it off and when I came for pickup it had only a quarter tank.

Everyone, especially Sean made my visit extremely easy & they are very organized & so nice!! I really appreciate all of their efforts & so thankful I take my car there! I was quoted 1.5 hours for my service time multiple times; 1) when I tried to drop my car off this past Saturday, 2) when I set up the appointment, and 3) when I dropped off my car for the appointment today. I made time specific plans hoping that I would be out by 330pm-4pm, at the latest (since my appointment was at 2pm). My car wasn’t done until 5pm, 3 hours later. Absolute waste of time and made me late for my further plans. While I was waiting, NO ONE, checked up on me or to tell me any updates. It wasn’t until I stood up, and started to walk outside that someone told me, “my car is being washed, and it would be out in just a minute.” WRONG. I waited even longer to get brought to the cashier to sign the papers. I waited even longer outside on the bench for my car to be brought up. It took a while for someone to finally come up and ask if I needed any help, like wow it doesn’t look like I’d own a car, especially a CADILLAC, and be there for service? I felt I welcomed and and completely pushed aside from every other customer there. Also, don’t quote a customer 1.5 hours if it’s gona take longer. Peoples time is very valuable. If I would have known I would’ve made a morning appointment

It took quite a bit longer than estimated to complete the service. The loaner vehicle was dirty outside and inside. The service agent offered to send it back for cleaning, but it should not have been deemed "ready" in the first place.

This was my first experience with your service department and I found it to be an unpleasant experience. You are understaffed on Saturday and there is no service managers on site for issues. I would be more than happy to discuss this experience with management if you would like. Donald C

I was earlier for my appointment , pulled up at 08:30 am . He checked me in on time and informed me. The job should take 90 minutes. But I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours and a half. Wasn’t updated on how long I have to wait. So I checked for myself and found out my truck was parked and ready at. 10:30am. I finally left your work site at 1200 noon. Responsibly, common courtesy, and better Communication .

I am very pleased with my experience customer service wise. The worker Sean Heinen was very helpful. I took for car in because my emergency brake button keeps getting stuck and will not release. I also asked them if they can take a look at the squeaking noise on my brakes. I got my car back today and have already driven 30 miles and not once has my brakes made any noise. So far I’m pleased. Now I just have to wait and see with time if my emergency brake doesn’t get stuck. It happens about once a week. So as of now only time will tell. Otherwise I’m very pleased with my service through Marvin K. Brown.
