I was not satisfied working with CARLOS. The staff inside the waiting room ask me if they could help me and I explained my situation. They immediately went to Larry the service manager and introduced me. Larry was fantastic and took the time to understand my background with Cadillac’s and my expectations in finding a new dealership. I moved from Pasadena where my dealership was Symes Cadillac. I am looking for a new dealership in San Diego to buy and service my vehicles. Again LARRY was great. He introduced me to Corky who will be my service advisor. I always go to Kevin when I need service on my vehicles and have been doing so for many years. He is the best service manager you have in my opinion. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and trucks you sell and service and I never have any unwanted surprises on my bill like we fixed this and now you need this. Great guy.

Vehicle is still showing the same problems after 6600 in repairs and your technician s have not gotten it right .over rd a four and a half wait to pick up the vehicle with no communication on why it was taking that long
