Tony and your service dept did a great job reprogramming the engine computer under the recall. We were the first time they had to do it and it took extra work, but they stuck with it until they got it completed. Good job!

Took way too long for a simple oil change and tire rotation. 2.5 hours, when I had an 8am appointment, is not customer service. While Sean did apologize, this seems like mismanagement.

My vehichle was at your location for 7 days. Tony failed to communicate with me & i had to reach out to him for updates. For example, Tony texted me on Tues morning that my car was going thru an exhaustive diadnostic (car alreadyhad been there since Sat 9/14) Tony didnt contact me the rest of that day. I texted & phoned him Wed 9/17 no response. Apparently he had day off. Thurs came 9/19 , no contact from Tony. I had to text him to find out diagnosis & costs. Vehicle fixed Fri 9/20 & picked up Sat 9/21. No apology from Tony, just smug demeanor. Prodessionalism & business ooerations protocol needs work
