I'VE HAD TWO SERVICES BOTH WERE BAD EXPERIENCES,FIRST HAD OIL ALL OVER MY SEATS AND CONSUL .NUMBER 2 WAS TODAY TOLD SERVICE MGR HAD TO BE OUT OF THERE IN 2,5 HRS HE NO PROBLEM WELL AT 2.5 HRS AFTER SITTING WAS TOLD THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED ON IT SO I LEFT SO BS I CAN NOT BELIEVE IT WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER AUTOM0BILE FROM THEM

Not only does it appear our vehicle’s electronic defect(s) may finally be repaired but Larry also went above and beyond to make sure we were reimbursed for the trip interruption expenses we incurred while on vacation due to the defects in our XT5. Did an excellent job of takink of my needs.
I like the service manager Sean And the only thing that is a major challenge was how long it took for my car to get repaired for a warranty item. There are some circumstances that caused us to be extended however big without my wife’s car for three weeks was a bit challenging.
