I had an appointment with Anthony and I waited 25 min for him to come talk to me, which he never did. Robert Congdon immediately took care of me when he realized I was being completely ignored. He handled everything quickly and with kindness. I will be using him every time from now on as this was the 2nd time I had very poor service with the other people they scheduled me with. So far, Robert Congdon is the only one who wants to do a good job there and makes sure the customers are taken care of. Thank you Robert!!
Whenever I go and take my car to get service I always go and see Carlos because his polite and he really puts his hardest work to get my car ready while I go back and work so he trys to get it in ASAP to finish my car and wen it’s time to go and pick up my car he explains every little single detail that’s wrong with my car or but I really appreciate him so much for doing a great job keeping his customers happy and satisfied because im not the only 1 who likes how he does his work so keep doing a great job Carlos keep it up with your succes
Very good first experience with MKB Cadillac
Customer service there isn’t ever really that great. Every time I come in I’m always waiting 20 min till someone actually takes my car. There never consistent about receiving a complimentary wash.
I have another car I take to another dealer ship and they always wash my car without asking which I love but that’s not the case here.
Updates came in a timely fashion even though I wasn’t always available. Felt totally taken care of and service descriptions were clear. I’ve always been skeptical of dealership repairs but I would absolutely return and recommend to others. Sean is a really nice guy. Keep him around. :)
