Sean provided exceptional service during my visit! I fully expected the service to my vehicle to take a few hours however, I told him I needed to be at work in a few hours and with that, my car was in and out within the hour! He was detailed, swift and I appreciate his time!

Corky was extremely professional in every aspect of his position. He was knowledgeable regarding the SAAB issues I presented to him and resolved a problem of finding a part for my car that no one had previously been able to do. That is primarily because SAAB's are no longer being manufactured. I was very appreciative of his efforts.

My car was scratched during the process of service. I did show the service dept. Tony has tried to make things go smoothly . He does try to give quality service , but is clear the service department needs overhauled

The loaner vehicle I was given was absolutely filthy inside- too disgusting to drive, especially with my children on board. My first stop was the car wash, which I communicated clearly with Jared, and there was no attempt to reimburse me. Every loaner should be cleaned between customers, just as a rental would be.
