This was my worst experience with GMC & Marvin K Brown to date and I’ve had some doozies. Antonio was a piss-poor communicator and failed to follow up with his own “promises.” I dropped my truck off on November 7th for a flat tire that needed replacement, a safety recall and my transmission had once again had violent jerks in lower gears. He left me with the impression that I’d have it back the next day. Well the next day came and went. I left 2 separate voicemails and nobody got back to me. This drill continued for nearly 1 month. I don’t even want my truck anymore and wish I could terminate my lease and get a Ford or a Dodge, which I’m exploring this weekend. I have so much more I want to say but I’m getting too irritated writing this. Checking out today I was annoyed and bothered I was being taken to the cleaners on a $155 wheel alignment when their own website had a 4 wheel alignment for $79.95. I was already annoyed I had to do the research and battle to get a price match that was $171 per tire cheaper. MKB only appear to want my money and disregards the crappy reliability I’ve had with my now second Sierra Denali. It’s bad enough the brakes fell off earlier this year, which luckily didn’t happen on the highway. I’m done with GMC and MKB. I am NOT a valued customer here any longer so I’ll find someplace I am.
3 hours for an oil change is not acceptable, need a system to keep you customers updated with time frame of work.
Corky got the car fixed much faster than I expected especially since he had 17 appointments before me and I came in without an appointment.

I did not appreciate the multiple texts about being prompt! I always monitor my time and am on time. I arrived slightly early and then had to wait, rather insulting after getting the texts to be prompt.
It was a experience I have never had before. They guys went above and beyond to have the car fixed and back in my possession in less than 24hrs. They also set up my OnStar and xmas radio 10 out of 10. Keep up the great work. Tony and Antonio
