My scheduled appointment for an oil change had 13 people ahead of me. I didn't expect to be at the dealership for 2.5 hours. I understand that Saturday only had limited staff but assumed appointment availability would be based on staffing. Additionally, I had no idea that one of the oil changes done on my vehicle 2 months before a bought it counted as one of my 2 free ones. I'm sure it was written somewhere in the pages of fine print.
Tony was very accommodating and kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle repairs. He was professional and provided answers to my questions.. My only concern was not with Tony but why my battery did not perform up to standard since it always read at 14.4-14.6 on the car display I feel it should be covered by Cadillac. Thanx for listening. My wife took her 2018 Encore in for it’s first oil change. She pointed out to the service consultant about some slight body damage and told him that we had purchased 3 different extended contracts with our new vehicle. One of them is supposed to cover paintless dent repair.
The consultant said that he would get into contact with the company and then he would contact us to let us know what to do next.
Having been on my back recovering from surgery, this was my first opportunity to follow up on this.
It has been nearly 3 weeks since she took the vehicle in and we still have not heard anything from Marvin K Brown.

He was very respectful we had a pretty good conversation while he was filling out my paperwork and when I came back he was busy working on something else so I left him alone and I wasn't found the first person I could find it wasn't doing anything.
Phones system was hard to get through repeatedly.
