I brought my Escalade in for an oil change and to have my fob checked as well as the lift gate. They were unable to find the problem with my fob or lift gate. When I bought my Escalade in north county I was told that for any service that I would be given a complimentary vehicle that was comparable to my current vehicle. This was not the case and was very disappointing considering my loaner was a Kia. The service I was going to receive was a big deciding factor in trading in my Range Rover. Who by the way has impeccable service just not great vehicles. Which is why I asked our sales rep so many questions about service. I was told that I would in fact be treated the same way I was at Range Rover. I was not. I love my Escalade and I really like my representative Anthony at mission valley Cadillac. But, like I said I was told that I would have car pick up service for oil changes etc.. that I would get a comparable loaner and that you all would drop my fixed car off and you would take the loaner back at no charge to me. Which is what I was used to at Range Rover. Had I known that this was not the case I may not have chosen a Cadillac for my current vehicle. Disappointing.

Tony has been amazing from the gate. He was personable and communicated everything to me regarding my vehicle with detail: even informing me of details I had not previously known. His service was quick and he went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was clean and taken care of. Will definitely be using him for all future service.

great service.. warning light came on dash telling me I needed to change battery on my keyless remote.. someone was not paying attention..! You think they would had notice that before giving my car back .. but Corky was great ..

After raving to Robert in the service department for his help. I then picked my car up after being there for service - awaiting parts for 2 weeks, was unacceptable. Picked up my car and noticed 2 wet, dirty rags full of oil laying directly on my carpet in the front passenger area. Left small oil stain on my carpet that I’m sure I won’t be reimbursed for. Both side rear view mirrors were covered in thick, white cobwebs - so much that I couldn’t see out of either side and had to pull over and wipe down both mirrors. As I was expected to return the courtesy car in the same condition- I expected the same for my car. And that was not the case. After I got home from picking my car up - I received a call from Robert stating there was damage to the front left tire of the courtesy car. This was not noted on the walk through performed WITH ROBERT UPON RETURN OF THE CAR. I left a message for Robert letting him know the condition in which I received MY CAR in on top of the unprofessional aspect of saying there is Dana he after already performing a vehicle check in. I will not pay for damage noted after returning the vehicle after it was cleared at check in.

Corky Weeks is the kindest, most helpful and caring service personI I’ve ever dealt with. When I bring my car in for I service, I can rest assured that the utmost of care will be given to it. My son took my truck in for service and he called me after the service was complete and said that service rep Kevin was efficient, helpful, courteous and most important he was funny. That is why I get my GMC services at Marvin Browns Service Center ! Thank You to the service department and to Kevin for making it happen....
