It took 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change. No car wash and no one even checked my tires whiched I just learned need to be changed. I won't be back or refer anyone to you.

I had to wait 30 minutes for my car to be brought to the service drive after closing my account. Apparently, my key was put on the wrong hook. Very frustrating after a long day. But Larry Ramos was amazing, as he always is. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle.
You didn’t have my appointment in the system, even though I had a text 24 hours earlier confirming the appt. And it took you guys 30 minutes to check my car in - insisting that I didn’t have an appointment. Your service was a disaster.
