I took my car to wash on 12-15, as I drove away from the carwash the check engine light turned on. Per onstar the code showing was P2535. I decided to check all fluids in the engine compartment and for any possible issues. When I opened the hood I immediately noticed the cover for the fuse box had been removed and was lying on the empty battery tray on the LS of the engine compartment.now i need to take the vehicle in again to get checked out and I leave on vacation on Thursday.
At the end the car wasn’t washed

My car spent 3 days and none of the 3 items were corrected. I picked it up today because Hertz didnt have a car for me only a dodge SUV with 3 rows of seats. Huge!!! Not happy the way I was treated.

The time to perform the oil change was too excessive at 1 hr and 45 minutes with an appointment. A Buick dealership in Idaho performed the exact same service in under 40 minutes.
I spent almost 2 hours waiting to be seen and to acquire a rental car. The rental car that I was given was a GMC Yukon XL which was significantly larger than the vehicle that I dropped off. I feel that if you are going to be given a loaner vehicle during service, it should be comparable or smaller than the vehicle you currently drive. One of the issues that I brought my vehicle in for service was a light on my dashboard that was blinking. Upon retrieving my vehicle, which took almost 45 minutes, I noticed that the light had not been fixed. Normally I would schedule another appointment and take it back to get fixed, but considering how long it took not only to drop off and pick up my vehicle as well as the three days of being without my vehicle and how no one there seemed to know what was going on I will find somewhere else to get it repaired. I was extremely disappointed with the incompetent staff there at the dealership, with the exception of the gentleman at the checkout counter, and I was equally unsatisfied with the ridiculous amount of time it took to be processed. Unless there is no other option present it to me, I doubt I will be bringing my vehicle back in for service at the dealership.
I was there for five hours and after 4 1/2 hours to fine out the main reason I came in was a tire icon light was on plus routine services, does not require that much time, was not completed. Some one drop the ball on this day.
The actual service was very fast however I had to wait about 45 minutes for a ride to and return from fashion valley mall. The app indicates a much quicker time frame.
