Kevin is amazing. He always goes out of his way to help us out as much as possible. I drive 2 hours from home just knowing that I will get the service we deserve with Mr. Kevin Kneeper. I live in Imperial County and would never trust the GM dealership there. You take it in for one thing and come out with other issues. Thanks again for an overall amazing service

Everything was performed quickly and Corky Weeks verified that everything was working as it should. Perfect customer service.
It took over 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. When I did, a quarter tank of gas was gone, and it was very dirty. Have receipts showing filling up the tank the day before and getting a car wash the morning I brought it in. No courtesy vehicle, and even the rental car was not available until the next day. Came to dealership twice because the text message system was not working. When I came in the first time, my vehicle was running for over a half hour, with no technician in sight. (Spoke with him after 45 minutes of my gas being used and he turned it off- was working on another car). Took OVER three weeks to get one part in, no loaner vehicle, lost gas, got dirty vehicle back, and communications were not stellar. Not what I expected for a $50k+ vehicle under warranty. Unhappy customer. Makes me question whether to purchase at Marvin K. Brown ever again. I am loyal to GMC, third GMC in a row, but not sure Marvin K. Brown will be used for my, not my wife’s next vehicle. Disappointed.

Service guy I talked to very nice and did all he could do....the guy that ran to get my keys and my truck hauled **** and was awesome.... the problem is that when I dropped it off, nobody touched my truck for over an hour, and oil change plus change of battery took over 4 hours. They had to test the battery...., I get it. But I was watching and nobody opened the hood for almost another hour. After 4+ hours I finally get my truck back, get home and find it with NO OIL IN IT! I drag my 3 kids to 711, gas stations and finally drive to auto parts store to put 4 quarts in it. Your service rep told me I could drive so I hope there is no engine damage. Your people are very nice, but overall customer service is horrible. and don’t blame it on the employees. They were running around doing their jobs. It seems like there are too many cars to service, but not enough people to service them. Stop overworking you’re folks and deliver to your customers. I counted the number of cars being serviced... really? Over 120 vehicles serviced at one time? That’s why it takes over 4 hours to change a battery and service. Only thing good is the deli, . I need to get my oil problem fixed tomorrow, but after that, I’m not coming back to MKB EVER. Other dealerships don’t have this problem.
Jared is the BEST service advisor I have ever dealt with. He always takes care of us. Always on time and keeps us informed about our vehicle. We have had a lot of issues with our 2019 XT4 which is very frustrating but Jared does his job excellent!!
I had asked about missing fasteners in the engine cowl. This got missed. Also missed estimate for damaged wheel.
No one explained to me why my car was leaking oil. I was just they changed my oil and filter. I’ve owned other cars that had underwent oil and filter change without a leak ever being present. So why the heck was the oil leaking?? I still don’t know.
I was greeted right away by Corky. He explained what they would do and how long it would take. Great employee! It’s worth it to me to know I’ll be taken care of in an honest and professional way.

Anthony was great and was ready for my appointment. He was prompt and just made me feel the way a customer should, his service was fantastic. The detail done to my 2010 caddie made it look new. Cheers
