Unprofessional. I don’t know about the mechanical work that’s been done to my car, but the way they handled my car the sequences of things that happened in last 5 days were not professional. Antonio did his best but still some professionalism is missing across all the departments, particularly in the communication.
Service took way too long. My car was there for over a month with very minimal communication about the status of my vehicle. The dealership and the rental company were not on the same page when it came to having a rental for the time being. Overall service was horrible.

Very busy day a MKB! I was provided transportation home (because of the amount of service to be done) and back when my car was ready. Especially appreciated because my wife was home from a recent surgery and I was able to help her.
