Luis was great. Kept me informed throughout the whole appointment. Found additional issues with my Escalade and got it taken care of faster than the estimated time. He also gave me a quote for new tires. Luis was very professional and is super nice and helpful. He also got me a Lyft which was very unexpected. Please thank Luis for me.
