While Luis great to work with, I feel that the recall was only a half hour project but truck was kept overnight. Was told the truck would be washed on delivery and paperwork would be emailed. Truck was not washed and paperwork still has not been emailed to us. This was our first time using Marvin Brown GMC for service.

Over the past 3 years, Oscar has consistently gone above and beyond to take care of all our service needs with our 2017 Escalade. We have brought our vehicle in for multiple repair jobs over the past few years, and this repair job was the biggest. Every time, Oscar has gone out of his way to communicate the timeline and process with us. I showed up and they couldn’t find my reservation . I also asked the service provided to pull parts I had bought so I wouldn’t have to grab them after, which didn’t happen. And then it wasn’t ready till so far in the day I had to come back the next morning for pickup

I came in for a service light indicating a problem with “stabilitrak.” I want to do recommendations from Cadillac. However, I never understood why I needed a new battery at all. That wasn’t any problem. I never understood why I needed my tires balanced and aligned either. I never understood how these related to “stabilitrak,” my only issue. My radio was changed and two dark smudges were on my drivers side arm rest. I continually use a cleaner to wipe all surfaces, so that’s why I immediately noticed them. Worst of all, I was quoted $642.50 in writing and realized I paid almost $800. Never has hat every happened before at any mechanic to me before. And I was told upon checking out I may have needed a new battery because I bought a pre owned Cadillac which sat during Covid, which makes no sense. I have only 40 k miles and bought it in 2019 driving it without problem.
