You guys have a terrible system for service.
I checked my car in with an appointment on a Friday and it doesn’t even get assigned a tech till the following Tuesday.
My car is garage kept and never seen the rain. Well that was true until it had to sit outside almost a week.
What is the point of waiting on an appointment for the car to just sit even longer?
I shouldn’t have my 120,000 dollar car sitting outside for no reason.
I’ve had better service on much cheaper cars over the years.
